we are living in rented house in south mumbai from past 40 years.
Recently the landlord sent letter to contibute for repairs and painting of the building.
we have only paid part payment, and explained we will pay up as arranged
Now the landlord stopped water for 1 bathroom. when asked him he said pay.
Now he has stopped water in all bathroom.
IS THIS LEGAL CAN LANDLORD STOP WATER. CAN I COMPLAIN TO POLICE.
