Land title dispute 7/12 conflict

Dear sir i have question regarding agri land title dispute.history of said land is as follows A sold 48 R land to B but not giving possesion hence B's name recorded on 7/12 in other right column as per mutation entry in 1953. Again B sold same land to A & C half half. C's name recorded in other right column. A remain as it is in occupant column on 7/12 as it is in 1957. Above transac. Are with reg.sale deed. After in 1987 A dies and his sons name D appear on 7/12. He again sold 24 R northside land to E,which is in possesion with heirs of C. While taking possesion E taking southside land in possesion. Now days current 7/12 extract shows name of D and E's heirs name in occupant column. C's name is in other right column. Who is actual owner for this land.
