Land sold by my uncle whose deed belonged to my father, that was an ancestral property

Dear sir, we have a land in bihar -chapra, manupurmanjhan. which was sold by my uncles whose deed was made in my fathers name, that was an ancestral property. please help what could be done and in fast track with get back our land.

file a partition suit along with the application for cancellation of the sale deed

My father and uncles have their own share, equally distributed by court and all legal documents belonged all. Still he sold my father's share of land, last or this month then within how many days I have to suit case to abolish their sale. Please Suggest.
