What document (such as sale deed, gift deed, relinquishment deed, will etc) is referred as "registered" for cancellation ?

Incomplete and vague information can not lead to form proper opinion and oblige therefore, it is better to consult a local prudent lawyer for professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

A registered document can only be canceled through the process of court alone, and the purchaser may claim for refund of excess amount paid if the sale is as per actual extent, and it is a packaged sale, he is not entitled to claim for a refund unless through the process of the court.

It is always proper to settle the issue amicably through mediators as litigation for such a small extent may not be viable.

You  have not posted material facts. Why A, B, C - post real facts?

Dear querist,

Cancellation of document without reason is not possible. You should have some genuine reason to cancel the document.
