land purchase issue

land was purchased during minor. Now he was major.can he sale his land.or any permission needed

Quick Summary
If you purchased land while you were a minor and have since reached the age of majority, you are generally free to sell the land without requiring any special permission. The key factor is that you are now an adult and were able to legally enter into the purchase agreement at the time. Any difficulties experienced during the purchase as a minor are irrelevant once you are of legal age.
