Land problem

I Have land at home tawon , and i am doing construction there ,but local people complent to tantta mukti department, as said land common land , don't gibe permition to do construction, my question, he has authoratiom to stop cunstruction

to construct any land you need to get permission from your municipal corporation and before that your plot or land should be diverted from sdm Office.

Said land is mahar vatan , still we get permission to cunstruction

You are an encroacher or titleholder of the subject land is not clear from the terminology "mahar vatan" used by you.
