Land partition

Our family land is undivided in revenue records since 4 generations though we 7 cousins have possessed our part as per verbal agreement. Prime land was also divided equally but abadi deh land was also included in that. Now I have the part of roadside land wich is in revenue records ours, but other cousins have the part alongside road which is abadi deh. Now I I ask, do my part get equally divided amongst all and am I set to loose as abadi deh will not be divided or do I have any right over my possessed prime land alongside the road?

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns the partition of ancestral land that has remained undivided in revenue records for four generations. While seven cousins have possessed their shares based on a verbal agreement, a dispute has arisen over the division of 'abadi deh' land versus roadside property. The original poster fears losing their claim to the roadside land, which is in revenue records as theirs, to cousins who possess adjacent abadi deh land.

Since your and your cousins possession over land is as per verbal agreement which can not be said as legal.contact to local lawyer and proceed for legal partition of land to end any dispute.
