Any suggestion could be given on facts, not on the subjective opinion of the querist. Moreover it highly disappointing that Mr.Shiv expects the suggestions in the lines laid down by him, that too, on the limited facts made available. This is a demand impossible to met.
Furthermore, it is a matter of etiquette that, in a platform like LCI, other persons addressed notjust by name, but by with the titles of Mr. or Shri etc. This is the tradition followed in this platform as well and the stature of Mr. Shiv, I believe, is no constraint in abiding by simple etiquette.
