Land grbbing

My land is grabbed by Village Revenue Assistant and got pass book in his wife's Name. The joint collector &Addl. Dist.Magistrate has declared that the grabbed land belongs to me in response to my revision petetion. But Tahsidar has not taken any action on the order even after 6months.Pl.suggest action on my order,onTahsildar & on VRA

Quick Summary
A user's land was unlawfully taken by a Village Revenue Assistant and registered in his wife's name. Although a higher authority ruled the land belongs to the user, the local Tahsildar has failed to act on the order for six months. The discussion suggests legal actions including filing an execution petition and issuing a legal notice to the Tahsildar for disobeying a lawful order.

File an execution petition before Asstt. Collector & D M.

Issue a legal notice under Section 166 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) (public servant disobeying direction of law with intent to cause injury).

State that the Tahsildar is willfully disobeying a superior officer’s order.

Demand compliance within 15 days, failing which you will approach the High Court under Article 226.

Yes.  After sending the legal notice, file an EP consulting your advocate.

What do you mean by "grabbed"? Who is in possession/occupation of the property?
