Greetings,
I have a 5000 Sq.ft of land, two side road facing ( NH and State Road). These two sides are entrance to my site. I was a NRI for more than 10 years. During these time few people started a small job on the road side covering the enterence to my land. Now I am back to india and planning to construct a building. If I ask them to vacate they are refusing and looks like expecting money. What is the best and legal way to clear them.? I appreciate your guidance.

In your case, better approach to the police, file a complain and they will take the action.
If the police do not co-operate then better take legal action and take an order from the court to bar them into your property.
