respected sir,
we have a agriculture land which states that the land has 3 owners out 5 sons from 1952 but during resent years the other two sons claim that this property belongs to their father and they should get a share of that land. This land is divide in saat bara in 3 people and AKDEVARA is in name three people . WE don't have any saat bara ( Documents) which state that this land belongs to there father nor we any documents that land was bought by us. Now they have file a case against us for claiming there share. so what should we do fight back ??
