land dispute between to brothers

we are two brothers. we have some agriculture land. In 1995 we separated. we have equal land but my land location is not good. I am younger brother so in 1995 i not oppose my elder brother. Our total land is still common not register to each. In 1995 verbally we separate land. Now in 2020 can i again demand to change my land with him or not

Quick Summary
Two brothers divided agricultural land verbally in 1995, with the younger brother receiving a less favourable plot due to his age at the time. The land remains unregistered and common. Now, in 2020, the younger brother wishes to re-partition the land, but the elder brother refuses. As the partition was not legally registered, the younger brother may have grounds to file a partition case to resolve the dispute.

asyou orally partitioned the property, then you may convince your brothers with well-wishers and elders to do partition again and register the same.

As it is not registered, file partition case.
