i had baught a part of the land from a person B through a sale deed which was SOLD by person A TO person B "A" who at ones pleged his land(same) in UPFC, the mortgage as told buy the seller is ENGLISH MORTGAGE,the SELLER A has provided in return of this the OTS by the upfc dated 2006.and the name of him in khasra which was again after few weeks regitered in the name of mr O after the execution of the sale deed,we have given all the money to the seller as contracted.but after few months we tried to register our ownership in khatouni we found that the property was ones in 1987 was auctioned to mr O,the auction was made by the SDM and by further enquiring we found that there was no money was deposited in the UPFC and no information was provided to the UPFC about the auction of the property,now the property is in the possession of mr.O Who already sold few of its plots.
what are the further procedures we can make to reconvay the property?
