Land dispute

hello, 3 months ago we got into a notarised development agreement and a isar pauti concerning 2 guts of 3 acres each, with the same party. all concerned members of the party signed both agreements against monetary compensation and also the notary documents, 2 months later during the paper notice, the same people sent an objection to the sale. we have paid them a total of 25% of the value already, would this be breach of contract? wat is our legal claim?

There should be fraud.  You can initiate criminal case against them unless their objection is mentioned in your agreement.

There was no clause for withdrawal for either parties, after the paper notice we were to get into a registered agreement. Their notice by their lawyer now claims, they signed without reading all documents, and that the money was recieved by the senior family member and not them.
