I have purchased a flat in Kolkata, there are both danga and sali lands.builders are not able to give me land conversion certificate,they are telling that they have applied for it and it need some time to get that, even they are willing to give me notarized effidavit which states that before the project completion they will get the conversion certificate and they will mutate the property also.
should I go for the property after they will give the notarized effidavit....
Dear queriest, Without getting land conversion orders, no one can purchase that property.
