Land classification in the guideline value

Hi,

We have registered a property near Siruseri IT Park Chennai about 15 years ago as  Dry Land ( Extent is  61 cents).  Now The land classification in website  portal  of tnreginet.gov.in  for guideline search for the Survey No &subdivision, the land classification is indicated as  Residential.Class II effective from June 2017. . But this reclassification is not reflected in the Revenue records like Patta, Chitta Adangal etc.

While I welcome the reclassification , I am seeking the experts advice how to go about to incorporate the  same in the Revenue records.

Would appreciate your advice and thanks in advance

You shall make a representation to the RDO/SDO marking a copy to the District Collector by Registered Post. Or you may give the grievance petition in the grievance cell of the District Collector which will be done every week. The day of the week is not known as it varies from one state to another State. In AP, it is on every Monday.

The Collector had taken the initiative considering the hardships suffered by the people on account of the numerous complaints pending at these offices. The sitting will be held in three phases from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
