Land claimed by muslims

We have 1 acre of agricultural land at Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu state . One of our neighbor has filed original suit case against us stating it belongs to his grandfather and court case is on going.

Now suddenly group of 50 Muslim brothers came and saying that their ancestors have been buried in the same land and it belongs to them and when we asked for documentation they said they don't have and it's Khabrasthan.

let us know what can we do in this case and can they take over the land using WAQF even while case is pending?

If you have registered sale deed and the registered link documents for the property and also evidence for possession and enjoyment, you may file a suit for permanent injunction against the group of people who are claiming the land or property.

You can continue the other case on merits.
