Land claim by cultivators

We bought land from ABC on in 2020. ABC got land from ancestral property and XYZ cultivating land

XYZ claimed that land belongs to them but ABC won case in District court Karnataka in 2016 and in court order that land belongs to ABC only and XYZ don't have any paper

But we don't know that XYZ went to highcourt 2016 now high court Karnataka 29-1-2024 court issued notice ABC old owner

So as new owner what should we must do now ?

If you were not knowing about the pending appeal but have become aware of it now, you may file a petition to get yourself impleaded as a party since you are the subsequent purchaser and fight against the appellant along with the main respondents.
