I am staying away from my home town due to my job. last time i visit my home town and found PWD aquired around three katha agricultural land and also cuts trees and construct road on my land with out any privilage. what can be done now? kindly guide on this issue please.

The act of PWD to acquire land without any prior notice or compensation will be illegal, you may consult a lawyer and initiate appropriate legal action this regard.
