farmers of greater noida petioned in allahabad high court for quashing of land acquisition as their land was
acquired by invoking emergency clause and same was established in allahabad high court judgement.
also. all high court in its judgement,ordered increase of compensation upto rs 550/ per sq mtr and 10% land of acquired area for residential purposes in developed sector. now my question is
1. if farmer goes to supreme court for quashing of land acquisition,in above case,will supreme court consider
for further enhancement of compensation as third party interest if created in this land and development work
has been there. land compensation is not adequate as per market value of land.
2.what should the farmers do fo get increase the land compensation, whether they should go to allahabad
high court or supreme court.
