sir,
i am kul for a land. and i have small house in it , we are going to reinovate it , but we come in muncipal area so that we cant get permission for it , and it cant converted in NA also.
the owner is in opposition with us , what should we do ? pls help

firstly ask the owner in writing for maientanace of the property which is duty of landlord to upkeep the house in proper and clean manner otherwise you will do the maintanance of it for upkeep .
