please advice till when district courts are closed in Kolkatta. I have to file a 138 criminal complaint at kolkatta. my limitation expiring on 5.11.2012. I am informed that the complaint can be filed immediately on reopening i.e. 12.11.2012 and will be within limitation. Is it correct? please inform. Ashish Rana
