karnataka land revenue documents

if the land is a inam land what are the documents that confer title

if the land is grant parisista with non alienation. clause what are the documents thst confer title

what has one to look for marketibility of title
if grant order is nit avaliable what is the alternative

To my best, the grant lands cannot be transferred without the permission of the District Collector or DM. The period for cancellation of such land or to permit to alienate might have been mentioned in the order.  Follow the order of grant land.

I endorse the opinion and advise of learned senior expert Mr. Kavksatayanarayan.

Title of such land cannot be transferred and it has no marketable title.

In the absence of the allotment letter,  then the allottee himself cannot title to property. 

The inam land cannot be transferred violating the conditions of allotment.
