If one person intends to take acton against foreign national who is resident of Canada under the Criminal Procedure Act for Crminal breach of trust and fraud. Now my question is 1) can I file criminal complaint directly to magistrate court u/s 200 of Crpc? 2) What is the power of Megistrate with regards to jurisdicton? can megistrate take congnigence of the offence and issue arrest warrant against accused who is not in India and is in Canada. 3) If megistrate has apower of issue of arrest warrant against accused, what is the procedure to execute the warrant? 4) Can Indian national institute criminal proceedings against Canadian national in Canada court under the Canadian law? 5) f yes, what is the procedure?
