myself dr kanchan arvind,
want to know the limits of jurisdiction of court in family cases.
my sister got the custody of her baby(5 yr old girl child) with long legal fight with her husband. the court order says the mother can not leave the jurisdiction of court. does it mean she can not move out of state for her livelihood or the education of child?
this case was fought in district court.

no court would pass such order without some concrete reason.

What are the ways to come out of state to mother?
Can the educational requirement of baby be the ground to make them out of state?
