Jurisdiction for poa

Respected Sir,

There are total 43 signatories for partition+Mutation of an agriculutral land in Uttar Pradesh. Few of them live in foreign countires, few in different district of Uttar Pradesh and few in Delhi. Those are living out of property jurisdiction district, if they give POA made of their own districts will be accepted by the concerned authority for partition and mutation of property jurisdiction district or they all need to come and get POA to property jurisdiction.

For Foreign, They can get from Embassy.

Yes they can appoint an attorney from the place they live.

The registered POA Deed executed by a registered document by the principal in favor of the power agent from his /her own district is valid for execution of other registered deed proposed vide the said power deeds, however if the POA deed was executed in a foreign country then the power agent can get that deed executed or adjudicated before the sub registrar where the power agent resides.
