Whether Hon'ble Judge can can comment in writing regarding wrong character without providing any reason after hearing any matter ? How if yes?

It depends on the facts of the case and the evidence in the case presented by the parties before the Hon'ble Judge.  Please post the exact comments made in such a judgment..  A mature judge always exercises restraint in delivering judgment and avoids comments on a character unless the seriousness in the case warrants such comments.

If you are aggrieved by any such act, you may prefer an appeal against the aggrieved judgment before the appellate court
