Dear Experts,
Kindly help me with below query....
My long pending case with KSCDRC was recently disposed off but when I download judgement, the PDF attached is for a different case#. I requested for certified copy of judgement through my lawyer but it's also not given so far. I never received judgement at my postal address. Is there any website other than cms.nic.in to download State court judgements.

You can approach the court concerned direclty and get your grievances in this regard redressed properly.

It is better to inspect case file personally or through a lawyer and seek certified copy of the judgement.

Already asked my lawyer to get the certified copy, but he told me some signatures are pending thats why the judgement is not uploaded. It's already 3.5 months when the judgment came.
