judgement copy

In highcourt, Civil case judgement already done.. case disposed.. After 1 month of judgement , judgement copy didn't upload in highcourt website by the highcourt authority. I am already submitted application for certified copy.but High court authority didn't response it. How to collect judgement copy from Highcourt.
