the narco test results can never be used as conclusive evidence.The admissibility of the the est is not yet confirmed.

the constitutional validity of narco test has been raised before the supreme court. and there is every chance it will be held as unconstitutional, as it goes against the Article 22 of constitution. (self incriminating statement)
