Joint katha

we have a 4 members joint katha - how can one of the member replace his name with his children name

Quick Summary
This discussion explains how a member of a 4-member joint katha can replace their name with their child's. The process involves executing a registered rights relinquishment deed in favour of the child. It's crucial that the share of the original joint holder is clearly defined by metes and bounds. After a property partition between brothers, individuals have more freedom to manage their respective shares.
