Dear All,
There has been some recent talk on proposal of joint custody of a child post divorce. Just wanted to understand if that has already been implemented or in the process.
Do the courts award joint custody/co-parenting if the father wants it?
Is there any material on the net or otherwise where the terms & conditions of joint custody are laid down as per Indian family law?

It will be something like this. Law now has made it even more complicated for idiots who have opted for divorce who have kids by bringing into force shared parenting/joint custody. In simple words its like husband and wife having joint bank account even after divorce, just imagine what would be the circumstances..
