Quick Summary
An individual has joined a competitor company after resigning, adhering to the terms and conditions of their employment. However, their former employer is now claiming this is illegal and preventing them from working there. The core issue revolves around whether there was a legally binding non-compete clause or covenant in the original employment agreement, even if it was written on plain paper rather than official letterhead.

Not legal agreement, but in writing on normal paper, not letter head
