joining

I am a group D staff in a govt college now I had offered primary teacher job and I have simply resign from my present govt job on 28/07/21 and join the primary teacher job on 30/07/21 but the release order which I got from my higher authority at Bikash bhavan bearing the date 23/08/21 now the principal of the college forwarded the letter to modify my release order date what kind of problems I may face plz help me and suggest me

What is the reason for a different date? Were you required to serve any notice period?

My principal sir said you have joined as a primary teacher on 30/07/21and you got released order from higher authority at Bikash bhavan on 23/07/21this made the case complex
