Consensual s*x is no offence.

It is advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding,

A marriage, and the subsequent repudiation, could not have been that simple. You have not posted the complete facts.

CONSIDER THIS:
1. Major Girl "voluntarily" went to Temple for marriage with boy.

2. Major Girl "voluntarily" allowed boy to touch her private parts.  Hence Molestation /Rape etc.... is by mutual consent and a Criminal Case cannot be made out on this one.

3. AFTER ALL ABOVE, Boy subsequently backs out of the Temple marriage.

4. Girl can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for offences like Cheating, Intimidation, Breach of Trust, Mischief etc.... against the person, supported with all relevant supporting Documents, Evidences & Witnesses.  You can also include Rape, only to arm-twist the boy into submission etc....  more so specifically since Temple Marriages itself is a fraudulent Sham & cheating, Mischief, Breach of Trust.

5.  IF the Police does not take action, THEN you can file private criminal case u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., in the local Magistrates court, seeking directions to the Police to investigate and file charge sheet.  The said Person may come down for settlement.
