Though it is not having sanctity but on payment of penalty and stamp duty. Further as colleteral evidence and supportive evidence it can be relied upon by the court. It cannot be brushed away totally.

Valid means what is any one is challenging in court then you have to pay duty penalty Nd exhibited that to it must have completed more then 12yearsand owner ship has to come effect in records from that day.
