Is trade licence still mandatory in haryana?

A normal beauty saloon does not require a trade license until and unless the municipality has specified any notification on the particular area. 

As per my knowledge, a Trade license is only required for the more hazardous articles used by the person in the society. It is the duty of the government to notify the licenses for the traders

Thus, we can say that saloon services are not covered under the hazardous substance or articles thus, it is not required for the Trade License in Haryana. 

As per section 331 of the Haryana Muncipal corporation (Amendment) Act 2022, now licence is required only for use of premises for activities specified by the Government as dangerous to life, health, property or likely to create nuisance (which is a narrower list). The mandatory licence requirements under the Municipal Corporation Act are no longer automatic for all commercial businesses — they now apply only to certain specified categories of businesses that pose risks or nuisances as defined by the Government.
