Can this attract 417 or 420, considering the fact that this relation existed before her wedding was decided, and she had decided to leave her husband before she got married?

If victim can proove that she had relations with her boyfriend even before their marriage , than he can deffinately catch them out u/s 417, 420, 120-B. Moreover he has ground to get divorce and to be compnsated.
