is there any clause for fallen property.?
In my home town I have one house property where my family's is living . but near my property there is one fallen property ( House). which is create so many issue the property totally damaged (fallen). not clean , so many snake are there . but no one take care of this property which create risk to many houses.
in this case is there any provision to take action against owner. or is there any role of munciple corpotion for fallen property.

Immediately inform the health department of the municipal corporation along with CC to be sent to the Municipal Commissioner office. Further inform the forest department too, they will come and do the needful. Snakes shall be taken away by the forest department personnel.
