Then In that case once a case is registered on 498A then the Arrests are imminent?

so any Female who walks into Policestation and files a Complaint against her Husband and relatives can make the inlaws and Husband go Behind Bars? with out any investigation the whole Family can go Behind Bars with a mere complaint??

Supreme Court's decision is arrests shouldn't be automatic.

After SC verdict there is no automatic or immediate arrest but you should apply for anticipatory bail, after registration of  FIR

In my understanding, the extant norm is that arrest in such cases require the express approval of the SP of the District. Of course, it is another matter that advocates, as a matter of course, suggest anticipatory bail.
