Thankx Arvind & Nadeem Sir, But i have one more query is mention below
Is anyone know about the case pending in the Supreme Court or any other Court challenging the proposal of the Bar Council of India reargding Age Bar criteria i.e. 20 years for B.A.L.L.B. (5yrs.) & 30 Years for L.L.B. (3yrs).
Is Supreme Court or any other Court give any Stay upon this age bar restriction.
Plz give me complete detail about this case. Case no, advocate name or etc.

Yes, RTI Act is applicable to BCI. The Learned Members Mr Nadeem and Mr.Arvind had said rightly.
