if you both are above 18 & 21 then the marriage is valid one.

he will prepare necessary papers on the basis of your age certificate and arya samaj certificate.

and there after the same will be registered with registery office you along with your spouse have to go there and sign it .

     After getting married in a temple, do we require witnesses during registration?if witnesses are required then, how many?

Since your marriage is not consummated your marriage is not compleet.  You should live together after marriage to become compleet.  If she is willing to live with you, you may live together.  If you are not able to take her into custody, you may approch court. for that you have to approach a lawyer in your place

Dear Sir,

In our uttarakhand state marriage registration is not compulsory till now.

then will you please tell me is it complusory to register marriage.

and also one thing I'm residing in Uttarakhnad but get married in Rampur Uttarpradesh,

- Two witness atleast is required i.e. one from lady and one from men side.

you can do it at any time.

but the right way is not only registration, but you have to approach the court to get your wife back and to stop her marriage.
