Just i want to know about Valid Affidavit which is in admissible in eye of law..
Case is A affidavit make on 100/- stamp paper for taking oath of taken a friendly loan of 5 Lac .but same affidavit not duly notarized or else.
Same stamp paper not purchase by his name who is taken oath .
Is dis document is valid ??
