Hello everyone, one of the stock trader he gave Diwali offer to recover the loss - I paid him 50k 1 week ago.. He is active in WhatsApp and telegram channel. I am asking for the refund. Again he is asking me to pay 17k as GST but I am not ready to pay 17k... I called to gpay support, the team said we cannot help you, contact bank. I went my bank, we cannot help you, visit police station...
How can I recover the money from him? Experts please give me suggestions..

If he is debted to you then you issue a legal notice demanding repayment of the money.
After that you can sue him in the civil court with a money recovery suit.
This is not a fraud that the police or the bank will help you to recover from the fraudster.
