Dear Respected members/lawyers,
Is it possible to convert only 5-8 gunta agree land into n.a. site in town/taluk in karnaka? Around this land is full layout only.. Somebody is having 2 acere land and they are selling it to a builder or buyer. Aft buying it they will make it to n.a and make site..While selling somebody,can i purchase 5 gunta from him? If yes aft buying 5 gunta is it possible to make it n.a for me? please reply me friends/lawyers/experts

if your land complies the criteria of town planning viz.legal approach road,resiential area, sanctioned layout,etc then only you can apply for NA.
