Is it necessary to stay together after filing divorce

dear members,

after filing a divorce case, when the couple are staying together, and the case stands for trail in court, is it necessary that both of them stay together, can the applicant, the husband move away from the wife and pay her the monthy expenses, kindly elaborate.

It is not necessary to stay together, you can talk to the divorce judge about how much to pay her..

Dear Mr Ranjan,

There is no requirement for staying together. As the divorce case is pending you can move out of the house if you so desire for reasons better known to you. In case there is any specific order on any petition for restitution of conjugal rights, which I don't think will be the case as both of you are contesting for your divorce.

Due to limited information I will not be able to give you further opinion on the same.
