Is it mandatory to take witness sign in mou?

MOU made and settled in lok adalath but witness sign not taken as it was decided in court.

Is it mandatory to take signatures of witness in MOU to file a case agnst wife as she deviated the MOU.

Now can we take signatures in MOU agreement with witnesses.

Pls suggest.

Is the MOU a part of the Lok Adalath Award? Admittedly, the MOU is not attested by any witness. Law does not permit appending of witness signature at a latter stage.

This is a matter decided in a lok adalat and subsequently decreed by court hence this should be a valid document since the court has drawn a decree based on this MOU hence there is no necessity for witness signature. you have already posted the same matter yesterday in a different thread, now this is a repeated query, you may continue in the same thread if you have any other subsequent queries instead of opening a new thread

Repeated question and thus no reply
