Please guide for the following :
We entered into an agreement with a 'Promoter' to construct a building (joint venture) at Chinsurah under Hooghly-Chinsurah Municipality (West Bengal). 'Promoter' constructed unauthorised part - sold flats - allowed possession without 'Completion Certificate' - Registration & Mutation completed. The Promoter has kept the owners allocation under lock & key as we have asked him to regularise the building plan and pay charges. After all these the said Municipality issued a letter to us that a part of the building is unauthorised.
We shall be glad to have your guideance, so that appropiate measures can be taken for recovery.
