IR(Industrial Relations) issues are those issues which are concerned with relations between labour and management. In practical we can say that all disputes between labour and management are industrial relation issues.

Thanks Avinash.... I am a lawyer.. currnetly working for corporate.... But i am taking care of entire legal issues... mainly contracts, labour, tax and recovery as well... If i am in doubt with regard to labour and Statutory  complaints.... plz help me....
