Ipc 504 judgment of acquittal no word of abuse is mentioned

i need judgment of supreme court/allahabad high court or any highcourt where acquittal has been done as no specfic word of abuse has been mentioned (complainant just says "GAALI DIYA" /Abused me)

pls help as lower court convicted without any specfic words of abuse

" Galli DIya " is a vague allegation and hence not admissible before court . so the conviction seems to be erred judgement . U need to share more details @ u r case.

yes i know it is vague allegation , but convicted can you support your statement with case law , where acquittal has been done based on lack of specific word of abuse
